I recently ordered this and other T-shirts. All very straightforward, or so I thought. The tracking initially looked promising, until I noticed the parcel had apparently decided to settle down for an extended holiday in a Danish package hub. No onward journey. No explanation. Just… vibes.
Naturally, I contacted the Danish postal service to investigate, only to discover that they had thoughtfully gone out of business after more than 400 years. Timing, as they say, is everything. With the national mail service having quietly slipped into retirement sometime between my parcel arriving and leaving (well, not leaving), I was referred back to the seller.
Here’s where things took a sharp and delightful turn. The seller responded quickly, kindly, and without any bureaucratic drama. They sent out a replacement order immediately. This time the T-shirts actually completed their life goal of reaching my front door.
I’m happy to report they were absolutely worth the adventure. The quality is excellent: great fabric, perfect fit, and clearly well made. Exactly what I’d hoped for when I first clicked “buy,” several postal plot twists ago.
So, while my original parcel may still be enjoying its long-term residency in a Danish sorting facility, the customer service and product quality from this shop have been spot on. Would happily order again,- ideally before any more centuries-old institutions collapse.
